🏊 ONLINE LEARNING REQUIREMENT
All participants must complete the American Red Cross Lifeguard Online Session before the first day of class.

🏊 PRE-COURSE SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Participants must successfully complete all pre-skills:

âś” Deep Water Retrieval:
Retrieve a 10-lb dive weight from bottom of pool, surface, and return 20 yards

✔ Swim–Tread–Swim Sequence (continuous; no stopping to rest): (once we get to JCreek)

250 yards swim
2 minutes tread water
150 yards swim
